Wallpaper setting (Windows) Click on the image and load it completely on the screen. Right click on the image and choose "Set as Wallpaper (or Background) ". To adjust the settings, right click on the desktop, select  "properties", select "Background" and you can set your wallpaper to "Center," or "Stretch".
