MemoPic
Download MemoPic.zip and extract the MemoPic.exe file into
your desktop.
The icon 
will appear on the desktop.
How
to Use
MemoPic
Double click on the icon to start the program and select
an image file from any folder in your computer.
An image will appear on the desktop. You can move the image
or resize it by using the left mouse button.
To delete the image please make a right click on the image
and press exit. You can also delete the image by dragging
it through the right border of the screen.
To add an image please double click the program icon one
more time.
